• Question: did u ever have nightmares after someone close to u died?

      I’ve been very fortunate in that i haven’t had anyone close to me recently so I can’t really answer that question. I’m sure it is very common when i’m feeling down or something is on my mind i always had bad dreams about it.

      Yes. And a period where I’d have an OK dream, and wake up and have an OK few minutes, until I remembered. And then it passed. It’s not OK, but it does get better, and eventually you can enjoy being happy that you knew them. I find that time and a busy routine helps, particularly when deaths come close together.

      I’ve had nightmares but at random times. Not because someone close has died. My brother died a few years ago and the problem then was actually getting to sleep as my brain was too active and in shock.
