• Question: Do you eat your 5 fruit and vegtables a day?

      I try to! I normally eat quite alot of tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and spinach! and potatoes if you count crisps :s.

      Just about, including the odd smoothie.

      Yes, I think eating well is really important. I usually cook everything from scratch with fresh vegetables. We only get one body so it’s important to take really good care of it.

      Yes! And more. I could live on fruit but it wouldn’t be a very balanced diet. The trick is to have lots of variety. I am also growing a lot of stuff at home now.

      I try too. When i was younger i didn’t eat enough fruit and veg and i was always tired so now i make sure that i eat lots of it. I love salads and they are a great way of eating lots of veg and fruit. My favourite fruit s are mangoes and raspberries- smoothies are also a great way to eat lots of fruit.
