I wear high heels all the time and my feet are fine! There are obviously certain shoes which are better for your feet than others but I don’t think they would damage your feet in any serious way..which is good news for me because I’m short so I need them!

Yes they can do but only if you wear them every day for a long period of time. High heels put your feet in a position that shortens the muscles this makes your feet sore when you are not wearing them

I know that they hurts my feet when I wear them for too long! I imagine that they can not be good for your feet because you’re putting all of your body weight through the balls of your feet and toes, it must put alot of stress on those structures in your feet. A lady in a shoe shop once told me that the most important thing was to make sure the arch of your foot was well supported (i don’t know if she was just trying to sell me the shoes though!)

I’ve never tried it personally but yes it does! The feet have a very complex bone structure that can be easily damaged. High heels put a huge amount of stress on the feet to keep them in an abnormal position.

It can damage your feet, shorten our calf muscles and damage your spine. Everything in moderation!
