I’ve thought about doing my research job part time and being an artist or a writer the rest of the time. I’d love to have my own craft studio to do stained glass, pottery, sulpture and whatever else takes my fancy! I don’t want to quit my research completely though as I really love this job too. I need to get more experience in research before I can go part time though (and I need my boyfriend to earn more money so that he can pay for my studio!).

No I havn’t! I really enjoy what I do…and I put alot of thought into doing it before I committed myself to it…so have never thought about doing something else. when I come to the end of my project in 4 years time though I may have changed my mind ;).

Sometimes, but then I think what would be better? I can’t think of a better job, so I don’t quit!

I have moved around and changed jobs a lot in the past. I feel like I currently have a lot of jobs though, so that gives me the variety I need. My research applies to a few different areas, I teach at various Universities, I consult in forensics and visual effects. Some days I’d like to ride full time, but most days not!
