The best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy foods! However…whilst you are still growing you probably do not need to lose weight unless your Body Mass Index indicates you are overweight or obese and your doctor tells you if this is the case. Your body mass index is worked out by looking at your weight and height and putting it into an equation.
Eat when you’re hungry, until you’re not hungry anymore, then stop. Exercise regularly, even if it just means walking more. Be careful about losing weight when growing unless your Doctor advises you to!
