      Hi,

      Previous research to mine has found that drinking green tea regularly increases the amount of fat that you burn for energy. There are also a lot of studies who have found that drinking green tea over a long period of time causes weight loss. To date my first study did not support what other people have found but it is work in progress and i’m hoping with a few tweaks i can find some promising results that green tea does increase fat burning.
