• Question: How long does it take for the average male to build muscle?

      It depends on how much weight training they do and how heavy the weights are that you use. To build muscle you should train with heavy weights at low repititions. To tone up muscle you shoudl train with lighter weights at higher repititions! I think in general it takes about 4-6 weeks though before you would see a change!

      After every gym session you are building muscle and if you eat after the exercise you build more. However you may not seen visible results until after 3-4weeks of doing a gym session.
