  This is a tricky question. I think i would cure AIDS. The most obvious effect of this disease is illness and death, but the impact of the AIDS epidemic has also had devistating effects on children, households, schools, workplaces and economies. There is a great website http://www.avert.org Avert is an AIDS charity.
