You would burn all your skin and have to go to hospital so this is not a good idea

No they would not and you would harm yourself and your skin. You should never tip acid onto any part of your skin.

No, I suspect that you’d just have spots and acid on your face, possibly with burns.

When I was at school one of our teachers handed a friend of mine a cloth soaked in vinegar, because she thought that she might have splashed acid on her face. I remember that she rubbed her face very enthusiastically because for some reason (and now I really can’t think why) we all thought that whatever magic was on the cloth might help her spots!

All your skin would burn away and the scars would be worse than any spot

I think it would burn away your skin and not just your spots – i don’t think this is a good thing to try!#
