I think that to much energy drinks probably are not good for you as they will play havoc with your blood sugar levels and will make you have lots of energy ups and downs… so you might be really energetic one minute and really tired the next. Everything is ok in moderation though.

Energy drinks contain caffeine which can make your heart beat faster. I think it would only be dangerous if you drank loads and loads but i think you should be sick before if has any dangerous effects

If they contained caffiene and sugar then drinking a large amount would definitely not be a good idea.

Yes I think it is, off the top of my head i think it would inbalance the electrolytes in your blood (electrolytes are sodium, calcium, potassium, chlorine, phosphate and magnesium) causing problems with your kidneys and mucles

Yes. They serve a specific purpose and so too much can have side effects. You have to be careful what the drinks do. Lucozade is a pure energy drink. Red Bull or Relentless are stimulants. It says on the cans they are not suitable for children. Too much can cause heart failure and anxiety. Isotonics, hypertonic and hypotonic drinks help with hydration and each is used in different exercise regimes.
