• Question: is it weird for people to talk to themselves?

      It depends. Sometimes people do it to concentrate, like reading a book out loud. Having full conversations with yourself is another matter!

      Sometimes i talk to myself to remind myself to do things. Sometimes when i done something wrong i tell myself off as well- i hope i’m not weird

      No, we talk to ourselves all the time in our minds. The left side of our brain is responsible for making judgements and lateral decisions based on the past and future, it is the story-teller inside our minds.

      No I don’t think it is! I talk to myself sometimes when I am trying to figure something out or if I am revising or practicing a presentation. I also talk to myself when I play sport sometimes as this has been shown to improve performance in athletes!
