      good question!

I do believe that most things have a rational explanation behind them… like we “missed the bus because we were late getting out of bed”…but there is always part of me that says “everything happens for a reason”….

for example…I applied to be a PE teacher about 2 years ago but by the time I applied the course was full…. So I spent the year working in a school to gain some experience so I could reapply the year after….but whilst I was working in the school I realised PE teaching was not for me and I got offered the job I am doing now! Had I have got onto the PE teaching course I probably would have stuck at it and not had this job which I love…and would not have the chance to talk to all of you!

Have you seen the TV series flash forward??…it is really very good and I recommend it to you to watch it…it is all bout fate and destiny and it really makes you think!

I have often come across things I cannot explain. Sometimes it is your subconscious playing tricks on you which can be explained by freak electrical activity, especially at times of stress. The brain is really complex. When I’m working as a coach I try to use a lot of scientific principles, but overcoming the limitations of the brain is incredibly difficult. Many of the things I have achieved have been down to fate, but I put that down to probability and just being in the right place at the right time!
