I don’t think there is a cure that 100% works. I try and hold my breath for 20seconds and then keep repeating it but sometimes it doesn’t work- also be careful you don’t hold your breath for too long. My mum always tries to scare me to get rid of my hiccups and that sometimes works. I think once you get hiccups you get into a rhythm of hiccuping so you need to do something to break this rhythm. Drinking water sometimes helps. I don’t like having hiccups they hurt! 🙂
I was told that if you stand with your ehad upside down and try and drink a glass of water this works! I have done it once and it did cure it..but maybe thats because i was concentrating so much on doing it that I forgot about my hiccups and they went. Other people say a good cure is if someone makes you jump!..or holding your breath!

haha if my mum starts tries to scare me it makes me laugh even more and then my hiccups gets worse! LOL!
