I love loads of sport. I play netball so i like that but i love watching football! Any form of exercise is a good way to keep fit even if this is running around in the park with your friends
I think that depends on the person your asking. I think hockey is the best sport because thats what I play…but other people will think football..cricket or Netball… I think the best way to keep fit is just to be actuve in your daily life! do things like walk to the shop or school instead of gettng a lift…and take the stairs and not the escalator.
Scientists have actually shown that people who door more activity like this during the day and build into into their daily lives are actually more healthy than those who will sit around all day doing nothing and then go to the gym for an hour at night!
Moguls skiing. It combines the highest technical skiing ability (skiing at high speed through huge bumps on a steep slope) with gymnastic skills (athletes have to do two huge jumps including somersaults and land back in the bumps)!
The best way to keep fit is to vary your regular training so you don’t get board and so you exercise all muscle groups. Avoid junk food and diets, but eat well with a well balanced group of foods.
