I think the most important thing i have ever done was volunteer for a charity called READ International. For a year I went to secondary schools like yours and collects text books which we out of date and not being used. Myself along with 8 other girls sorting these books out into Maths, Science, Geography and English and we shipped them to Tanzania (a country in Africa). I then went to Tanzania, and along with the other girls took these books to secondary schools there to give them a better education

the most important thing I have ever done is probably run a half marathon in under 2 hours! It was something I really did not think I would ever be able to do but achieving it showed me that if I work hard enough and keep motivated I can do anything I put my mind to! It gave me a lot more self confidence!

Shown that ionic liquids can be evaporated by heating them. One scientist didn’t like this and kept winging, saying I was wrong. I went back to the lab for 3 months and proved we were right. I showed him that we can’t be intimidated and that the truth will always come out! Science is based on the observation of truths!
