I want to be making a difference by supporting people to change their lifestyles based on the knowledge that we have found out about the best way to exercise to prevent or treat different types of disease. I don’t think we’ll have all the answers by then so I still want to be researching too, I want to be leading a group of world class researchers. I also want to be living on a small eco-friendly farm, growing all my own food… i’m a bit of a hippy at heart!

Difficult. I’m pretty happy where I am, although I have plans for moving my research forward, expanding the group and making Professor. I’d also like to get my spin-out company going and do more media work.

My other half, though, tells me that we need to live somewhere hotter!
