• Question: why do only females get breast cancer because some men have man boobs is it something to do with your genes?

      I wouldn’t quote me on this but i think men can also get breast cancer but it is more common in women because they have more tissue there.

      men do get breast cancer, but it’s often undiagnosed and untreated. Check the web, there are loads of examples. And it’s nothing to do with man boobs, those are just fatty deposits.

      They don’t men can get it aswell although this is very rare! all people can get breast cancer because all people have breast tissue. It is in this breast tissue that the cancer cells grow.

      Men can get breast cancer too. It isn’t as common though.

      I think the difference is how often men and women get breast cancer is hormonal, which you are right, comes down to the genes.
